Because of the diversity of American Profile features, fees and expenses are priced on a per assignment basis. The quality of photographer's lighting ability on their subject(s) (ie. people) using reflectors, fill, and or location lighting set-ups are the photos scrutinized the most.
Excel Sportswear is looking for additional Illustrators, designers and cartoonists to supplement our in-house art staff. Our specialties include Public Schools, Fire Departments, Police Departments and Car/Cycle Dealerships. We have a never ending need for original illustrations of Mascots, Cars, High School Sports action shots, etc.
We are interested in professional-level, mostly realistic work. Photographs are not normally used, but artists illustrating for us have worked with photos, using surrealistic effects.

We are always looking to expose our readers.... to hilarious new material. Everything we publish is funny, so please don't send in something that isn't. We only publish cartoons and funny stories. Cartoons should be "scannable" (good quality photocopies are fine) and stories should be about 500-700 words.
Prior to submitting samples of your artwork to Leanin’ Tree, we request that your art be previously published in some form or exhibited in a gallery. "Published" work includes art printed as part of a newspaper or magazine article or advertisement, art gallery announcement, greeting card, limited or open edition print, or other printed material.

We are looking for fresh and fun-looking artwork in any media and style. Also, sophisticated, funky cartoony-type art (people and/or animals) with or without words. Color work is best, but we will look at black and white. Overall, we're looking for exciting, innovative, clever, humorous, fun, and most important, original designs and ideas.
We would love to include your stamp art in RubberStampMadness. Below are specific themes and due dates. We also welcome artwork not on a specific theme. These pieces may be used for columns, as well as artist profile stories.
